Well, what a glorious day for DC14. After the rain at Players yesterday, we weren’t holding out but it was great.
Location wise, not great. Last year was fantastic, and there was a sense of centre to the event, today was a random gravel track with muddy cars. Also there was a lot of people showing dirty cars (not muddy) and random Ford Fiesta’s. Not sure what that was all about, I was happy to park my Edition 30 in the bottom car park – NOT in the event parking like most. This made it even more frustrating when a small rain shower came at around 1:30pm that didn’t actually rain and the whole show emptied, if you are going to show you car or park with the show cars, then stay till 3pm at least !
Anyway, enough moaning. The best of the event was mostly spread out so you had to walk around the large field to find the gems. Quite a few stand out cars inc two 1M’s that were side by side and Greg Robins Honda CRZ – this seriously was clean #keepitcleanuk
